CRAA signed MOU concerning IPR Protection issue with ASERCOM

Intellectual Property is an important source for innovation, creativity, growth and progress. The production of invention and creative works benefits society as a whole, independent of the specific structures and grades of development. Intellectual property requires protection based on a system of national and international rules. Protection of intellectual property rights (IPR) contributes to economic growth by stimulating innovation and technical development. It provides incentives and finances for innovation and creation.

Both for China and Europe, and hence for CRAA and ASERCOM and their member companies, the protection of intellectual property will become more and more important throughout the following years. If the economies of both countries shall continue to prosper, the use and value of intellectual capital will need to grow.

Based on above, CRAA signed MOU concerning IPR Protection issue with ASERCOM on Oct. 15, 2007.
