据中国制冷空调工业协会国际部了解的信息，菲律宾能源部发布的《2024年菲律宾空调能源标识计划实施指南（第一版）》中规定进口的相关空调产品必须符合原产国最低能效标准，相比原来的规定该指南对空调产品的能效要求提高了，相关条款内容如下：
1.5.2 Air Conditioners covered under this lG, manufactured and assembled in the country of origin other than the Philippines, must also pass the MEP set by the country of origin as applicable.
1.5.2 本指南涵盖的空调产品中，在菲律宾以外原产国制造和组装的空调，也必须符合原产国最低能效标准（MEP）要求。
